9aph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9aph ("9aph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at 9aph.vip and all related services, games, features, and content made available therein.

By completing the 9aph registration process, by logging in to an existing account, or by accessing any part of the 9aph website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Know Your Customer (KYC): 9aph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., UMID, Philippine Statistics Authority National ID, passport, or driver's license) together with a recent selfie. 9aph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following methods:

All content published on the 9aph platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, images, video, and audio — is the property of 9aph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9aph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 9aph content without prior written consent.
2. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 9aph platform or its underlying software.

9aph's total cumulative liability to any player for direct losses arising from a verified breach of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9aph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from malicious software. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur, and 9aph will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably possible.

9aph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Chargeback, reversal, or dispute of any deposit transaction by the player or their payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account restriction or closure.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances unconnected to bonus abuse will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 9aph, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 9aph support as a first step. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
